TRNK (guanin-N7-)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.33, Trm8/Trm82, TrmB, tRNK (m7G46) metiltransferaza, transfer ribonukleat guaninska 7-metiltransferaza, 7-metilguanin transfer ribonukleatna metilaza, tRNK guanin 7-metiltransferaza, N7-metilguaninska metilaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (guanin-7-N-)-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (guanin-N7)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + guanin46 u tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + N7-metilguanin46 u tRNK
Ovaj enzim specifično metiliše guanin46 u poziciji N7 unutar tRNK.
