Триптофаназа (ЕЦ 4.1.99.1, L-триптофаназа, L-триптофан индол-лијаза (деаминација)) је ензим са систематским именом L-триптофан индол-лијаза (деаминација; формира пируват).[1][2][3] Овај ензим катализује следећу хемијску реакцију
