Triptofanaza (EC 4.1.99.1, L-triptofanaza, L-triptofan indol-lijaza (deaminacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-triptofan indol-lijaza (deaminacija; formira piruvat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
