Džon Pol Stivens (engl. John Paul Stevens; Čikago, Ilinois, SAD, 20. april 1920- Fort Loderdejl, 16. jul 2019) bio je američki pravnik i sudija koji je služio kao pridruženi sudija Vrhovnog suda Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Stivens je treći sudija po dužini mandata u istoriji Suda. Imenovao ga je Džerald Ford 1975, kako bi zamenio Vilijama O. Daglasa, sudiju sa najdužim mandatom u istoriji Suda. Imenovanje Stivensa je potvrđeno u Senatu glasovima 98 senatora, niko nije glasao protiv. Sud je, za vreme Stivensovog mandata, promenio tri predsednika (Voren E. Berger, Vilijam Renkvist i Džon Roberts).

Stivens je, kako se široko smatra, pripadao liberalnom krilu Suda. Stivensov liberalizam nije bio toliko vidljiv u početku njegovog mandata. U tom periodu je glasao za ponovno uvođenje smrtne kazne u SAD, a protivio se programima zapošljavanja zasnovanim na afirmativnoj akciji. Međutim, u sve konzervativnijem Renkvistovom sudu, Stivens se pridružio liberalnim sudijama po pitanjima kao što su abortus, gej prava i federalizam. Jedna statistička analiza glasanja u Sudu iz 2003, ocenila je Stivensa kao najliberalnijeg člana Suda.

Nakon njegovog povlačenja 2010, Barak Obama je na njegovo mesto imenovao Elenu Kejgan.
