Oltenski ljuskavac (lat. Smutsia olteniensis, [Smutsija oltenijensis]) je izumrla vrsta ljuskavaca, iz roda Smutsia unutar potporodice Smutsiinae u porodici Manidae, koja je u periodu ranog pleistocena nastanjivao područje Evrope.[1][2]
