Citramalil-KoA lijaza (EC 4.1.3.25, citramalil koenzim A lijaza, (+)-CMA-KoA lijaza, (3S)-citramalil-KoA piruvat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3S)-citramalil-KoA piruvat-lijaza (formira acetil-KoA).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (3S)-citramalil-KoA acetil-KoA + piruvat
Ovaj enzim je komponenta enzima EC 4.1.3.22, citramalatne lijaze.
