Koridalin sintaza (EC 2.1.1.147) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:protoberberin 13-C-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na 7,8-dihidropalmatin.
