Likodion 2'-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.65, licodione 2'-O-methyltransferase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:likodion 2'-O-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + likodion S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 2'-O-metillikodion
Osim likodiona (1-(2,4-dihidroksifenil)-3-(4-hidroksifenil)-1,3-propandiona), akceptor može da bude 2-hidroksi-derivat i izolihiritigenin.
