Horizmatna lijaza (EC 4.1.3.40, CL, CPL, UbiC) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom horizmat piruvat-lijaza (formira 4-hidroksibenzoat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim katalizuje prvi korak biosinteze ubihinona u bakteriji Escherichia coli i drugim Gram-negativim bakterijama.
