23S rRNK (guanin748-N1)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.188, Rlma(II), Rlma2, 23S rRNK m1G748 metiltransferaza, RlmaII, Rlma II, metiltransferaza tilozinske otpornosti RlmA(II), TlrB, metiltransferaza II velike podjedinice rRNK) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:23S rRNK (guanin748-N1)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + guanin748 u 23S rRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + N1-metilguanin748 u 23S rRNK
Ovaj enzim specifično metiliše guanin748 u N1 poziciji 23S rRNK. Metiltransferaza RlmAII pruža otpornost na makrolidni antibiotik tilozin u otpornoj vrsti bakterije Streptomyces fradiae.
