A-santonin 1,2-reduktaza (EC 1.3.1.47, a-santoninska 1,2-reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,2-dihidrosantonin:NAD(P)+ 1,2-oksidoreduktaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1,2-dihidrosantonin + NAD(P)+ alfa-santonin + NAD(P)H + H+
