Atrolizin B (EC 3.4.24.41, Crotalus atrox metaloendopeptidaza b, hemoragijski toksin b, Ht-b) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje His5-Leu, His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu, Tyr16-Leu i Gly23-Phe u lancu insulina B; identično sa razlganjem lanca insulina B posredstvom atrolisina C. Ovaj enim takođe razlaže -Ser veze u glukagonu
Ovaj enzim je komponenta venuma zvečarke Crotalus atrox.
