Cikloizomaltooligosaharid glukanotransferaza (EC 2.4.1.248) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->6)-alfa-D-glukan:(1->6)-alfa-D-glukan 6-alfa-D-(1->6alfa-D-glukano)-transferaza (ciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ciklizuje deo (1->6)-alfa-D-glukanskog lanca formiranjem (1->6)-alfa-D-glukozidne veze
Ovaj enzim je specifična za (1->6)-alfa-D-glukane (dekstrane).
