Cinkova D-Ala-D-Ala karboksipeptidaza (EC 3.4.17.14, Zn2+ G peptidaza, D-alanil-D-alanin hidrolaza, D-alanil-D-alanin-razlažuća karboksipeptidaza, DD-karboksipeptidaza, G enzim, DD-karboksipeptidaza-transpeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje veze: (Ac)2-L-lizil-D-alanil-D-alanin
Ovaj cinkov enzim katalizuje karboksipeptidaciju.
