Diaminobutiratna dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.86, DABA DC, L-2,4-diaminobutirat dekarboksilaza, L-2,4-diaminobutanoat karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-2,4-diaminobutanoat karboksilijaza (formira propan-1,3-diamin).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-2,4-diaminobutanoat propan-1,3-diamin + CO2
Za dejstvo ovog piridoksal-fosfatnog proteina je neophodan divalentni katjon.
