Dipeptidilna dipeptidaza (EC 3.4.14.6, dipeptidil tetrapeptidna hidrolaza, dipeptidilna ligaza, tetrapeptidna dipeptidaza) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno odvajanje dipeptida sa tetrapeptida, e.g. Ala-Gly--Ala-Gly. Deluje sporije na Ala-Ala--Ala-Ala i Gly-Gly--Gly-Gly
Ovaj tiolom aktivirana peptidaza je izolovana iz kupusa (Brassica oleracea). Tetrapeptidi su formirani od Ala-Ala, Gly-Gly, Ala-Gly i Gly-Ala.
