Fragilizin (EC 3.4.24.74, Bacteroides fragilis (entero)toksin) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Širokoa proteolitička specifičnost, između ostalog dolazi do hidrolize veza -Gly-Leu-, -Met-Leu-, -Phe-Leu-, -Cys-Leu-, Leu-Gly
Smatra se da je ovaj enzim uzročnik dijareje kod životinja i ljudi.
