Glukoza-1-fosfat timidililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.24, glukoza 1-fosfat timidililtransferaza, dTDP-glukoza sintaza, dTDP-glukoza pirofosforilaza, timidin difosfoglukoza pirofosforilaza, timidin difosfat glukoza pirofosforilaza, TDP-glukoza pirofosforilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dTTP:alfa-D-glukoza-1-fosfat thimidililtransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dTTP + alfa-D-glukoza 1-fosfat difosfat + dTDP-alfa-D-glukoza
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosinteza L-ramnoze kod bakterija.
