Kalikrein 8 (EC 3.4.21.118, KLK8, PRSS19, ljudski kalikrein 8, hK8, mK8, ovasin, tumor-asocirani diferenciono izraženi gen 14, TADG-14, NP, neuropsin) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje amidnih supstrata koji slede bazne aminokiseline Arg ili Lys u P1 poziciji, sa preferencijom za Arg u odnosu na Lys
Ovaj enzim se aktivira odstranjivanjem N-terminalnog prepropeptida.
