Karboksipeptidaza M (EC 3.4.17.12, CPM) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje C-terminalnih argininskih i lizinskih ostataka sa polipeptida
Ovaj membranski enzim je optimalno aktivan pri neutralnom pH.
