Keramidaza (EC 3.5.1.23, acilsfingozinska deacilaza, glikosfingolipidna keramidna deacilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acilsfingozin amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- keramid + H2O karboksilat + sfingozin
