Metalokarboksipeptidaza D (EC 3.4.17.22, karboksipeptidaza D (goveda, ljudi, miševi, pacovi), gp180 (patka)) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje C-terminalnog Arg i Lys sa polipeptida
Ovaj enzim se aktivira jonom Co2+.
