Prolin 3-hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.11.28, P-3-H) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-prolin,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za rad ovog enzima je neophodan Fe2+ jon.
