TRNK (citidin56-2'-O)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.206, aTrm56, tRNK riboza 2'-O-metiltransferaza aTrm56, PAB1040 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (citidin56-2'-O)-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + citidin56 u tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 2'-O-metilcitidin56 u tRNK
Arhejski enzim specifično katalizuje S-adenozil-L-metionin zavisnu 2'-O-riboznu metilaciju citidina u poziciji 56 na tRNK transkriptima.
