Nitrilaza (EC 3.5.5.1, acetonitrilaza, benzonitrilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nitril aminohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- nitril + 2H2O karboksilat + NH3
Ovaj enzim deluje na širok opseg aromatičnih nitrila.
