Biotinidaza (EC 3.5.1.12, amidohidrolaza biotinidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom biotin-amid amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- biotinski amid + H2O biotin + NH3
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na biotinske estre.
