Sfingomijelinska deacilaza (EC 3.5.1.109, SM deacilaza, GcSM deacilaza, glukozilkeramid sfingomijelinska deacilaza, sfingomijelin glukozilkeramidna deacilaza, SM glukozilkeramid GCer deacilaza, SM-GCer deacilaza, SMGCer deacilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acil-sfingozilfosforilholin amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) N-acil-sfingozilfosforilholin + H2O masna kiselina + sfingozilfosforilholin;;
- (2) D-glukozil-N-acilsfingozin + H2O masna kiselina + D-glukozil-sfingozin
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u sfingolipidnom metabolizmu u epidermisu.
