Acetilspermidinska deacetilaza (EC 3.5.1.48, N8-monoacetilspermidinska deacetilaza, N8-acetilspermidinska deacetilaza, N-acetilspermidinska deacetilaza, N1-acetilspermidinska amidohidrolaza, 8-N-acetilspermidinska amidohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N8-acetilspermidin amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Svojevremeno se smatralo da je N1-acetilspermidin supstrat.
