Acil-homoserin-laktonska acilaza (EC 3.5.1.97, acil-homoserin laktonska acilaza, AHL-acilaza, AiiD, N-acil-homoserin laktonska acilaza, PA2385 protein, PvdQ, QuiP) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acil-L-homoserin-lakton amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acil-L-homoserin lakton + H2O L-homoserin lakton + karboksilat
Acil-homoserinske laktone (AHL) formiraju brojne bakterijske vrste.
