Holoilglicinska hidrolaza (EC 3.5.1.24, glikoholaza, hidrolaza žučne soli, holoiltaurinska hidrolaza, 3alfa,7alfa,12alfa-trihidroksi-5beta-holan-24-oilglicin amidohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glikoholat amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- glikoholat + H2O holat + glicin
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na 3alfa,12alfa-dihidroksi-derivate, i na holoil-taurin.
