N-acil-D-aspartatna deacilaza (EC 3.5.1.83) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acil-D-aspartat amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acil-D-aspartat + H2O karboksilat + D-aspartat
Enzim iz Alcaligenes xylosoksidans subsp. Xylosoksidans je specifičan za N-acil-D-aspartat.
