Triptofanamidaza (EC 3.5.1.57, triptofanska aminopeptidaza, L-triptofanska aminopeptidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-triptofanamid amidohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-triptofanamid + H2O L-triptofan + NH3
Za dejstvo ovog enzim je neophodan jon Mn2+.
