X-Pro aminopeptidaza (EC 3.4.11.9, prolinska aminopeptidaza, aminopeptidaza P, aminoacilprolinska aminopeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje N-terminalne aminokiseline, uključujući prolin, koja je vezana za prolin, čak i iz dipeptida ili tripeptida
Ovaj enzim je zavistan od jona Mn2+.
