4-Hlorobenzoat-KoA ligaza (EC 6.2.1.33, 4-chlorobenzoate---CoA ligase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-hlorobenzoat:KoA ligaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan Mg2+.
