Dugolančana-masna-kiselina-luciferin-komponenta ligaza (EC 6.2.1.19, acil-proteinska sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dugolančana-masna-kiselina:protein ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Zajedno sa EC 1.2.1.50, dugolančanom-masnom-acil-KoA reduktazom, ovaj enzim formira masno kiselinski reduktazni sistem koji proizvodi supstrat enzima EC 1.14.14.3 alkanal monooksigenaza (FMN-vezana).
