Format-dihidrofolatna ligaza (EC 6.3.4.17, formiltransferaza, dihidrofolat, dihidrofolatna formiltransferaza, formil dihidrofolatna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom format:dihidrofolat ligaza (formira ADP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + format + dihidrofolat ADP + fosfat + 10-formildihidrofolat
Ovaj enzim se razlikuje od EC 6.3.4.3 (format—tetrahidrofolat ligaza).
