GPR120, G protein-spregnuti receptor 120, je protein koji je kod čoveka kodiran GPR120 genom.[1][2] i Za GPR120 je bilo pokazano da posreduje antiinflamatorne i insulin-senzibilizujuće efekte omega 3 masnih kiselina.[3]
